We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.

How to request

Email support@newbusinesscourse.com with your order details. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available after 14 days, after completing 25% or more of the course, or for chargebacks initiated without contacting support first.

Fairness

We treat refund requests with respect. If you're unhappy, tell us — we'd rather make it right than collect a payment from a frustrated student.
